Liverpool miss out on transfer target

West Brom have completed the signing of Borja Valero from Real Mallorca for £4.7m. There were reports linking the midfielder with a move to Liverpool after the player’s agent, Alexander Camacho had claimed that Liverpool were interested in signing Valero.
